1. Performance and use:

ATMP has good chelation, low limit inhibition and lattice distortion effects. It can prevent scale-forming salts in water from forming scale, especially the formation of calcium carbonate scale. ATMP has stable chemical properties in water and is not easy to hydrolyze. When the concentration in water is high, it has a good corrosion inhibition effect.

ATMP is used in circulating cooling water and oil field reinjection water systems in thermal power plants and refineries. It can reduce corrosion and scaling of metal equipment or pipelines. ATMP is used as a metal ion chelating agent in the textile printing and dyeing industry, and can also be used as a metal surface treatment agent.

ATMP solid is white granular, easily soluble in water, easy to absorb moisture, easy to transport and use, especially suitable for cold winter areas.

3. Usage

ATMP is often compounded with other organic phosphonic acids, polycarboxylic acids or salts to form organic water treatment agents, which are used in circulating cooling water systems under various water quality conditions. The dosage is preferably 1-20 mg/L; when used as a corrosion inhibitor, the dosage is 20-60 mg/L.

4. Packaging and storage

ATMP liquid is packaged in plastic barrels, 30kg or 250kg per barrel; ATMP solid is packaged in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag, which can also be determined according to user needs. Store in a cool and ventilated place indoors, avoid moisture and exposure, and the storage period is twelve months.

5. Safety protection

ATMP is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection when handling it and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
