1. Performance and use:

PBTCA has low phosphorus content. Due to its structural characteristics of phosphonic acid and carboxylic acid, it has good scale and corrosion inhibition performance, which is better than commonly used organic phosphonic acid. Especially at high temperature, its scale inhibition performance is far better than commonly used organic phosphonic acid. It can improve the solubility of zinc, has good resistance to chlorine oxidation, and has good compound synergy.

PBTCA has a wide range of applications in the compounding of high-efficiency scale and corrosion inhibitors, has superior performance, and is also an excellent stabilizer for zinc salts. It is widely used in the corrosion and scale inhibition of circulating cooling water systems and oilfield water injection systems. It is particularly suitable for compounding with zinc salts and copolymers. It can be used in high temperature, high hardness, high alkali and occasions that require high concentration multiples. PBTCA can be used as a chelating agent and metal cleaning agent in the washing industry.

3. Usage

PBTCA is usually used in combination with other water treatment agents such as zinc salts, copolymers, organic phosphorus, azoles, etc. If used alone, the dosage is 5~15mg/L.

4. Packaging and storage

PBTCA is packed in plastic barrels, 25kg or 250kg per barrel. Store in a cool place indoors. Storage period is 12 months.

5. Safety protection

PBTCA is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection when operating it. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. Rinse with plenty of water after contact.
